Then we drive to a local school in one of the most remote villages in south Gambia. You have the opportunity to see a typical learning environment and to interact with the teachers and pupils. From the local school environment we visit the Reptile Farm in Kartong for a pulsating site of a variety of reptiles including a collection of snakes in all sizes and colors. From the Reptile Farm we drive to the Tree Cs.

Visit the best preserved forest in The Gambia. Home to a troupe of over 200 baboons, who stroll through the park causing mischief wherever they go! Explore the untouched creeks and bolong on traditional ‘dug-out’ canoes. Watch the palm wine tappers scale the trees and then taste the wine in a forest clearing.
